Hammock Spinning Foundation is built entirely around one thing: Teaching your body and nervous system to spin.

Through slow progressions, targeted drills, and structured flows, your body will learn to take spinning not as a challenge to survive, but as a movement to inhabit.


This is the course I wish I had when I started spinning. After these 4 weeks, spinning won't be something that happens to you. It'll be something you do.

This Works Even If:


✔ You currently can't tolerate spinning at all; that's exactly where we start.

✔ You don't have advanced upper-body strength yet; most drills are accessible without heavy pulling, and your spinning practice will complement your strength training as you grow.

✔ You've taken a break, as long as you have at least a year of experience and feel comfortable moving with the aerial hammock.
