Find Your Confident On Aerial Hoop.
You fell in love with aerial hoop, and want to actually understand it — to grow from beginner into someone who moves around the hoop like it's second nature. This 4-week program is built for exactly that.
Hoop Training Doesn't Have To Be Painful — Or Scary
Program Contents
4 weeks. 45 minutes twice a week. Real progression.
Contact Point Technique
Learn the mechanics of shoulder stands, hip placement, chest stands, and how to redistribute weight and strength efficiently — so poses stop relying on brute force or tolerance for pain.
3 Beginner-Friendly Sequences
The program builds to three complete sequences, with a small assignment at the end of every lesson to check and lock in your progression.
Foundational Skill-Building
Mounting, dismounting safely, front balance, basic spin technique, and moving fluently between top bar, in-the-hoop, and under-bar positions.
What students say ❤︎
I felt so uncoordinated and kept comparing myself to people online who made it look effortless. I was worried I'd never get it.
The Hoop Starter Program helped me realize I didn't need to be naturally good — I just needed the right steps. Suddenly it felt possible, and actually fun.

I kept trying tricks that looked easy online, only to find out they were way harder than they looked.
The Hoop Starter Program gave me a safe way to progress, learn the basics properly, and — most importantly — have fun with the hoop.

I was so focused on being scared of falling that I wasn't really learning how to work with the hoop.
The Hoop Starter Program helped me understand the technique, feel safer, and finally make progress without beating myself up.
